Product exchange and return
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned unused and undamaged, preferably with the shipment number, together with the unilateral cancellation form (to the address indicated on the form), and we will make a replacement or refund within 14 working days.
In the event of product exchange, the return and reshipment costs are borne by the customer.
In the case of a product return, the return costs are borne by the customer. In doing so, all product delivery costs (including those from orders for which free delivery was achieved) are deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
When returning the product, it is necessary to send the completed Form on unilateral termination of the contract (download here) to the email or together with the product to the address on the form.
For products damaged in transit, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to arrange a refund or exchange.
